LED Light Safety Feature

Flat Top Grill Classic Philly Cheesesteak Recipe
Nothing says flat top like a classic grilled cheesesteak. After all, you just can’t recreate that authentic mouth watering experience without one!
This recipe is also a great use of skirt or flat steak that allows you maximum flavor without putting a hurt on your wallet. And of course, you can use packaged frozen steak slices if that’s your preference.
First, brush your steak with olive oil, and then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, cayenne paprika and steak seasoning. Rub the oil and seasoning mixture with your hands into both sides.
Turn on your Coyote Flat Top Griddle to medium-high heat — we’re aiming for about 465 degrees Fahrenheit. If you’d like, you can saute onions, peppers and mushrooms with a bit of olive oil on the other grilling zone at medium heat at this time. Cook the steak for about three to seven minutes per side, depending on your preferred level of doneness and the thickness of the cut.
Pull the steak and let it rest before slicing thin and piling onto a large Italian roll. Don’t forget to add cheese sauce spread if you choose!

Recipe
1. 3 lbs Chicken wings (add to marinade in large plastic bag – ingredients below)
2. Marinade· ½ cup of Liokareas Cold Fused Oregano Olive Oil
· 2 large lemons, zested and juiced -(about ½ cup lemon juice)
· 6 cloves garlic – peeled and smashed
· 2 tbsp. dried Greek Liokareas Oregano
· 1 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
· Salt
· 1 tsp. Liokareas Meat Blend (paprika / thyme / basil / chili flakes)
· 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)3. Marinate the wings in the fridge for at least 2 hours
4. Set Coyote Outdoor Living Pellet Grill on Smoke Mode @ 250 degrees for 2 hours (Hickory flavored pellets were used for this recipe)
5. Turn wings often to brown on all sides

Update From Coyote Outdoor Living During Covid-19
Our thoughts are with the industry as we all adjust to the new normal. The Covid-19 event has caused us to rethink how we run businesses safely and efficiently. Updates from Patio & Hearth Products Report are a great way for companies to bond together, rooting for the continued success of all. Safety is paramount for our employees, our customers and all the outdoor enthusiasts who purchase our products.
We assessed the restaurant worker’s difficult situation and have donated 2,000 masks in Dallas, where our corporate offices are located, and in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Savor Pittsburgh, a renowned food festival and contest, and Staff Meals Dallas have distributed these to restaurant employees to keep them safe while working. The Dallas foundation is doing an amazing service by providing thousands of meals each week to furloughed restaurant staff.
With own employees, every Monday, we host a Zoom check-in call to discuss the upcoming week. These visual calls give all a chance to connect, encouraging an exchange of ideas that is more vibrant than on traditional conference calls. We are also using this time to schedule virtual trainings and sales contests with distributors and sales reps to keep them engaged and informed.
